Kitchen cabinets

What is the basic kitchen price?

The basic kitchen price is a common way to compare cabinet lines and door styles. It is based on 20 feet of wall: an L-shaped kitchen with two 10-foot walls, often called a 10 x 10 kitchen.

Each door style shows its starting price: the basic kitchen in that style's most affordable finish and color. Basic kitchens start at $3,307.

The cabinets in the basic kitchen

• 42" blind corner base cabinet
• 36" sink base cabinet
• 9" base cabinet
• 30" base cabinet
• 9" wide wall cabinet, 30" tall
• 15" wide wall cabinet, 30" tall
• Two 30" wide wall cabinets, 30" tall
• 30" wide cabinet over the range, 12" tall
• 36" wide cabinet over the refrigerator, 12" tall
• Three 3" fillers (one base, two wall)
• Dishwasher end panel

Waypoint has no 9" cabinets, so its basic kitchen uses 12" ones.
